  Job Description

• Post Summary:

To educate and instruct students between the ages of 13 and 18 under a prescribed curriculum to develop students’ physical skills.

 

  Responsibilities

• Roles and Responsibilities:

Support, uphold and articulate the mission and vision of Al Shomoukh International School.

Contribute to educating students according to their educational needs and attainment
potential.

Instruct through lectures, discussions, and demonstrations in one or more subjects
 
Establish clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects, and communicate those
objectives to students.

Incorporate varied and differentiated teaching. Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
Plan and conduct activities for a balanced program of instruction, demonstration, and work time that provides students with opportunities to observe, question, and investigate.
Attend school sponsored activities. Use appropriate and effective techniques to encourage community and parental involvement.
 

• Requirements:

A minimum of Bachelors degree in Physical Education
A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Physical Education Teacher
IELTS score of 6.0 and above (For non-native English speakers)
